Appointment Cancellation Policy

 

We understand that unplanned issues can arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Should this occur, we respectfully ask that patients contact Greenslopes Obstetrics & Gynaecology on (07) 3394 7859 during business hours or info@gsog.com.au outside of business hours. The cancellation notice period is based on clear business days when notification is received, therefore excludes weekends.

All cancellations and sicknesses are required to notify Greenslopes Obstetrics & Gynaecology 48 hours’ notice prior to their appointment to avoid being charged. In the instance that the outlined conditions are not met, the patient will be charged the full-service fee. No-shows will automatically be charged the full-service fee.

If an unexpected illness arises, please do not attend your appointment in person. We will be able to provide alternative appointment options to ensure the safety of our staff and patients.

Our doctors and allied health professionals want to be available for your needs, for the needs of all our patients. When a patient does not show for a scheduled appointment, other patients lose the opportunity to be seen. We appreciated your understanding

It is crucial that you notify us of your cancellation, at least 48 hrs prior to your appointment time, to avoid being charged the full-service fee.
